PAM utilizes confidential electronic interviews via web based servers to gather the perceptions of respondents with regard to their feelings of importance and their satisfaction with specific Issues.  PAM populates a Knowledge Bank with the perceptions and beliefs of key stakeholders regarding the Issues critical to a particular enterprise program or situation.  These Issues are classified within the Knowledge Bank and organized under Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
